A plan for Calderdale and Clifton

The Calderdale Local Plan was adopted on 22 March 2023.

The Forum reviewed Inspector’s report and Calderdale’s decision to adopt the plan and agreed to seek permission from the High Court for a judicial review of the decision to adopt the local plan.
