Calderdale Council has recently applied for outline planning permission to develop the land off Coal Pit Lane/Clifton Common/ Wakefield Road as a business park.
The land is within the boundary of the Clifton Village Neighbourhood Forum (CVNF), and the CVNF participated in the February consultation before this application was submitted. The CVNF was alerted to the publication by a news story in the Halifax Courier and we will be contacting Calderdale Council on 24 June to seek further clarification on their plans and timeline.
